We've made placing embroidery and screen printing orders easier than ever with our step by step online personalization process. In addition, we've eliminated the complex embroidery pricing schemes that many in the embroidery industry still use today and have made it simple. Our online checkout saves our customer time and money by eliminating the need for customer service interaction.
Our online ordering process consists of three simple steps:
1. Find the product you want to personalize by browsing/searching our product catalog.
2. Click the Personalize Button on the product's page and follow the step by step instructions.
3. Checkout through our Secure Shopping Cart.
Our Product Catalog
99% of the items in our catalog can be personalized. Some items can Only be Embroidered and some items can Only be Screen Printed . Some items can be embroidered or printed and some item such as designer clothes and very small items such as wristbands cannot be customized .
We carry products that range from women's underwear to kitchen aprons. This helps our customers find what they are looking for. Customers can browse our products by clicking the product menu, located on the left side of every page, or by clicking through our product catalog.
Our Product Pages
A product page is the very last page you will come to after drilling down through our product catalog and clicking on an item you are interested in. Product pages consist of detailed information regarding the item you have selected. From the product page you can either add an item to the cart without personalizing it or click the "Personalize" button to begin the personalization process.
Our Personalization Process
Our personalization process will guide you page by page as you create your design. Answer each question that is presented to you and it will handle the rest. You have the option to select between embroidery or screen printing on items that can be customized with both. You will also have the option of creating a design using our database of embroidery graphics and fonts or uploading your own logo/design to have it digitized.
At the end of the personalization process you will come to the submit page where you will review the details of your design and submit the design details along with the product information to the shopping cart. You will also be given the opportunity to save your design for later use. Once your item is submitted to the shopping cart you can checkout, create another design for the same item (for adding a design to a second or third location on the item), add more items with the same design (for those ordering multiple colors of the same item) or continue browsing our site.
Our Checkout Process
Our customers have the option to checkout using our Yahoo powered secure checkout or by using Paypal's checkout. Both options are secure and will guide you step by step.
There is a comments section on the billing page where customers can give us additional information regarding their order such as deadlines, details about their design, and requests for design proofs.
We ship UPS and our shipping options reflect this. Shipping costs are calculated using UPS's real-time shipping calculator. Occasionally we will ship USPS for smaller items.
